1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lambo Timeshare platform ("Platform"), purchasing $LAMBO tokens, or participating in any raffle system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Platform or purchase our tokens.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lambo Timeshare DAO ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility and Registration

To use our Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading or NFTs are prohibited
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
  • Provide accurate and complete information when required

3. $LAMBO Token and Platform Use

$LAMBO tokens are utility tokens that provide holders with:

  • Eligibility to participate in monthly Lamborghini rental raffles
  • Voting rights on certain platform governance matters
  • Access to exclusive community features and events

Token holders must maintain a minimum balance of 10,000 $LAMBO tokens at snapshot time to be eligible for raffles. Tokens are non-refundable and should not be considered as investments or securities.

4. Raffle System and Vehicle Access

The monthly raffle system operates under the following conditions:

  • Winners are selected using verifiable random number generation (Chainlink VRF)
  • Vehicle rental periods are subject to availability and geographic restrictions
  • Winners must provide valid identification and meet insurance requirements
  • Vehicle use is subject to standard rental terms and damage liability
  • Previous winners are excluded from the subsequent raffle to ensure fair distribution

5. Transaction Fees and Treasury

All $LAMBO token transactions are subject to a 5% fee that is automatically allocated to the Lambo Fund treasury. This fund covers:

  • Vehicle lease payments and insurance
  • Maintenance and operational costs
  • Delivery and logistics expenses
  • Platform development and security

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal activities or money laundering
  • Attempt to manipulate raffle outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent eligibility requirements
  • Distribute malware or engage in activities that harm the Platform
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform remain the property of Lambo Timeshare DAO or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAMBO TIMESHARE DAO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
